Lovely words from happy clients…

Lucy is incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me gentle, non-judgemental encouragement and practical advice about feeding my daughter almost as soon as I was home from hospital. Initially this included simple tips for relieving discomfort as my milk supply regulated and comfortable positioning for me and my baby. She then answered all my questions about pumping and storing my milk the first time I left my daughter with my mum for a couple of hours when she was a few weeks old. As time moved on, she offered really helpful advice when I was returning to work, considering reducing daytime feeds, night weaning and how to approach the end of breastfeeding when the time was right.

Lucy has been a huge support to me and has shared some fascinating information about the wonders of breastfeeding!

When I was pregnant, I hoped I might be able to breastfeed for the first few weeks. To my surprise, I did it for 34 months while working full time and I feel so fortunate that Lucy has always been there to support me. She is a champion for new parents who are finding their way with feeding their child. It isn’t always easy but with some simple adjustments, often things improve quickly. Whatever you decide is best for you and your baby, she will be there to help guide you and ensure you feel relaxed, confident and capable. She’s brilliant!

Lucy was absolutely amazing in guiding me through my breastfeeding journey. From the very beginning, I had no idea what I was doing, but she was so patient, attentive, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to understand my specific challenges and always provided thoughtful advice that made me feel empowered and reassured. Whether it was explaining how to get started with breastfeeding or offering emotional support during moments of doubt, Lucy was always there with compassion and expertise.

When I faced struggles like mastitis and a low milk supply, Lucy gave me fantastic tips on how to boost my supply and reassured me that my baby was getting enough milk. She was also so helpful with mastitis prevention that I even managed to stay off antibiotics! I truly believe I wouldn’t have had such a positive experience without her. She not only helped me with the practical aspects but also gave me the confidence to trust my instincts as a new mother. I can’t recommend her enough!

Katie and Evie

I’d recommend Lucy’s services without hesitation. She’s so passionate about what she does and was a great support when I had difficulties feeding my second baby. In those blurry first weeks she really got to the root of the issues I was facing, offered great advice on how to improve my baby’s latch and was that reassuring, encouraging voice that you need, particularly when feeling vulnerable and a bit frazzled.

Four months in and I’m exclusively breastfeeding and baby Evie is thriving.
